Services & Engagement
Clear definitions of what we provide and how project scopes are managed.
Service Description
Lucky Engineering Services provides civil construction, mechanical works, electrical services, manpower supply, equipment rental, procurement, landscaping, and infrastructure development. The specific scope for each project will be detailed in a written quotation or contract.
Quotations & Proposals
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on information provided by the client at the time of quotation. Any changes to scope, site conditions, or specifications may result in revised pricing.
Project Commencement
Work will commence only upon signed acceptance of the quotation, receipt of any required advance payment, and completion of all necessary permits or approvals. Delays caused by client-side documentation will extend the project timeline accordingly.
Changes & Variations
Any changes to the agreed scope must be requested in writing. We will provide a variation order detailing cost and timeline impacts. Work outside the original scope will not proceed until the variation is approved by the client.
Payments & Liability
Our payment terms, warranty coverage, and limitation of liability explained.
Payment Terms
A non-refundable advance of 30% is required to confirm booking. Progress payments are due as per the milestone schedule in the contract. Final payment is due within 7 days of project handover. Late payments incur 1.5% monthly service charge.
Refunds & Cancellations
If the client cancels after work has commenced, costs incurred up to the cancellation date plus 15% administrative fee will be charged. No refunds are issued for completed milestones. Equipment rental cancellations require 48-hour notice.
Warranty & Defects
We provide a 6-month workmanship warranty on civil and mechanical works from the date of handover. This covers defects arising from faulty workmanship or materials supplied by us. It does not cover damage from misuse, natural disasters, or third-party interference.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the total contract value. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Clients must notify us of any defects in writing within 14 days of discovery to make a valid claim.
Termination & Disputes
How agreements may be ended and how disputes are resolved under Pakistani law.
Termination by Client
The client may terminate the agreement by providing 15 days written notice. In such cases, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date, plus any non-refundable deposits or materials already procured.
Termination by Company
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services immediately if:
- Payment is overdue by more than 15 days beyond the agreed milestone date.
- The client fails to provide necessary site access, approvals, or information for more than 10 consecutive working days.
- The client requests work that violates applicable laws, safety codes, or engineering standards.
